The non-ferrous casting shop produces the castings of the aluminum and bronze alloys. The aluminum alloys АЛ4, АЛ9, АЛ9М, АМХ605 and others are melted in the induction furnaces ИАТ-2,5, САК-0,5, ПК-94. The bronze alloys 04Ц7С5, 010С10, А9ЖЗЛ, 010Ц2 and others are melted in the furnaces СБВ-0,5 and "Mechta". The aluminum alloy castings are made in the mechanized chill molds and in the disposable sandy-argillaceous molds under low pressure. The area of casting under low pressure is equipped with the casting machines ДБ-500, ДЛ - 500, ВР - 330. The main products are the extra complex castings used for the augmented internal combustion engines.
