The self-propelled repair assembly unit T-0,2.03KD together with a crane-manipulator, a welding set and the various hydraulic tools on the base of the mini tractor Uralets is designed to mechanize the repair operations.

The air-cooled small-sized diesel engine V2Ch 8.2/7.8 produced by “ChTZ-Uraltrac” is mounted as the base equipment. The following imported engines can be also installed: Lister-Patter “LPW2”, power 10.8 kW (16 hp) or “VENGARD 16”, power 11.8 kW (16 hp), air-cooled.

The transport operations requiring high speeds when the tractors are wheel-mounted are easily performed due to the quick-detachable tracks.

The lighting system ensures the best forward and reverse viewing during the night.

The crane-manipulator is operated from its control panel according to its specifications and instructions given in its operating manual.

The tractor hydraulic system comprises two separate circuits. The first one is designed to connect the various hydraulic tools. The second one ensures the crane-manipulator operation.

The operator working seat

The spacious cab is conveniently arranged.
The panoramic cab windows ensure good viewing. The heating coils are installed to prevent the glasses from growing misted over. The heated soft seat ensures the maximum operator comfort during the winter season.
The steering column, brake and clutch pedals are located in front of the operator seat. The levers are easy-to-use for the operator.

Transmission and undercarriage

The unique design of the undercarriage comprises the quick-detachable tracks. After their dismantling the transport operations requiring high motion and operational speeds are efficiently performed. The track belt is made of the rubber cable band and metal elements (support shoes and retaining flanges). The asphalt track can be also mounted.

Depending on the road conditions and operations the tractor can be mounted on wheels or tracks. Only a single person can change the tracks to wheels during 30 – 45 minutes.

The welding machine is hydraulic one, the model SGT16-200.

The additional lighting system is designed to lighten the working area.

The multi-circuit hydraulic system is designed with the outlets to connect a dynamic tool (16 MPa, 35 l/min), a welding generator (16 MPa, 35 l/min), and a static tool (63 MPa, 1.6 l/min).

The load manipulator, model RS-1300 (Austria) is designed with a boom reach up to 2.7 m, its load capacity is up to 250 kg at the maximum boom reach; it is equipped with the outriggers.

The mounting system

The tractor brackets designed for the front and rear attachments do not require the undercarriage additional modification to install the attached implements. The hydraulic system and power take-off shaft solve the problem of the drive of the attached implements of the various machines manufactured on the base of the tractor “Uralets”.
