The all-purpose small-size wheel-crawler tractor "URALETS" drawbar category is 0,2. The tractor completeness meets the requirements of the customers to the maximum and is the most full. When designing, considerable attention was focused on the engine and the transmission. As a result, the high level of these units reliability is achieved. The tractor is designed as two basic modifications: for the agricultural and municipal operations.
The agricultural machine is designed to mechanize the agricultural operations at the small areas, in the gardens, in the market gardens as well as to store the fodder up. The tractor is equipped with an attached implement with hitching and towing coupler. It is possible to apply it together with the mounted agricultural equipment and the semi trailer.
The municipal machine is designed to take snow away, to scavenge the streets, to displace the granular soil and to carry out the other operations in the communal services both with a bulldozer and rotor broom as well as separately.
The independent power shaft (VOM) set up in the front part allows to operate the tractor as a power plant for the drive of the mechanisms and units, for instance: welding, discharge and force water pumps, etc.
Unique Running System Assembly
The design peculiarity is a wheel-track mover. It comprises the easy-removable crawler tracks. It allows performing efficiently the transport operations requiring the high speed of wheeled mover travel after having demounted the tracks. For more efficient tractor use the stepped adjustment of a track gauge is provided by means of the front axle external end extending as well as the rear wheel hub displacement and the reset of the wheel mover to the track one. The big-size track gauge is applied for the track mover. The use of the crrawler-tracked tractors ensures the high-level towing and hitching properties and decreases the level of the tractor effect on the ground twice as much.
Transmission
The transmission is mechanical with torque distribution to the single-stage final drives. The gearbox and tilting gear provides with five gears of forward running and one gear of rear one as well as the tractor turn. The belt brakes are mounted inside the final drive housings.
Final Friction Disks
The final friction disks ensure the crawler-tracked tractor turn. They decrease the turn radius of the wheeled tractors.
Space Cab
The cab is single-seated. The doors and the walls are designed with the tinted glasses; the ventilation manhole is set in the cover. The cab arrangement is simple and comfortable. The panoramic windows ensure good visibility. The upholstered seat with heating and the glass electric heating make working in winter season comfortable. The front and rear windows are designed with the electric windshield wipers.
Steering Column
The brake and clutch pedals are set on the semi-frame in front of the operator seat.
Lighting System
The lighting system ensures the best viewing forward and rearward at the nighttime.
Hydraulic System, Three-Point Rear Attached Implement and Power Shaft
They allow applying the towed and attached implements with 150 kg of carrying capacity at the link pin axle produced by the other plants.
